Ripped in 30 done! Wooh. That was fucking killer. My arms and legs are shaking. Good job, Jillian! 30 minute break and then I’m off to do 30 Day Shred! HEHEHE.

Wow, I feel like all the fat was cleansed out of me from that workout. Yes. Yes. Good. I never thought I’d like exercising until now!

In the meantime, while my body cools down, I’ll just take off my sweaty shirt and bra and just lay here topless surfing through tumblr. :-)

I don’t trust that scale.

It jumps from 125.5 to 124.6 to 129.1 lbs. 
What the fuck, scale? 

Well, I guess that erases my doubt that I’m 120 lbs. 
Oh well. That sorta disappointed me, but who gives a fuck! I
‘m not after the numbers, I’m after the flatness!! To see is to believe. ✌ 

In that case, workout time! I need to do the 30DS twice since I missed out yesterday + continue the Ripped in 30! Wow, time to kill myself. BOO YAH!

Holy shit.

I just finished the first day of Ripped in 30 and just HOLY SHIT.
It’s like the first day of the 30 Shred Day program all over again.
My legs are wobbly. My arms are sore. My abs are sore. I am sweating like a fucking pig in a goddamn desert. 

And I thought the abs part was going to be my safe zone.. Hell no. I couldn’t even do the first circuit of the abs part. I was like.. “What the fuck? How do you expect me to lift my whole body weight in a position like that? Fuck no.” And guess who took a one minute break during that.. HAHA.

But I did finish the whole thing though! Maybe a few 5 second pauses there, but I didn’t have a 5 minute break! Yes yes. 

I’m excited to do this. It’s more brutal than the 30 day shred, and I’m determined to knock it down!
