I finally got back into working out after a stupid 2 week hiatus, and guess which program I chose to celebrate the ending of my hiatus? Fucking Insanity, bitches.
Holy shit. Cardio is a fucking killer for sure. I vomited right after I finished it. Oops. I guess I shouldn’t have ate a bit before starting the fit test.. HAHA.
So far my stats are:
- Switch Kicks: 110
- Power Jacks: 62
- Power Knees: 61
- Power Jumps: 20
- Globe Jumps: 6
- Suicide Jumps: 10
- Push-Up Jakcs: 20
- Low Plank Oblique: 60
Sigh, I can’t even guess how I got those numbers. I’m fucking exhausted. At least I’m pretty excited about this!

Just finished the first fit test of Insanity, and it’s safe to say that I want to vomit.

I don’t own a printer, so I just thought I’d make a customized version for myself. Hehe.
Can’t wait to start tomorrow and officially start planning for my funeral!!!!

Ehh. I guess I’m not that disappointed. I guess..
I mean, I like my body and I’m very content with it.
It’d be nice if I could be thinner, but I’m pretty happy where I am.
But!! I don’t know my. My sister recently renewed her gym membership and got new Nike Free shoes and wow hell no sister you are definitely not going to be sexier and hotter than me (she’s 11 years older than me though.. lol) but STILL I am going to kick your ass and I’ll be waaaaaaaaaaaay better.
Plus, I don’t want my dad’s weights to go to waste.. :~(
So, applaud me for this decision, but I am going to try out Insanity! LOL.
I’m basically planning my own funeral.
Alright. It’s crazy and I’m scared, but my friend just lose 15 pounds doing the program and I could really use that 15 pounds being shred off. Yup.
