Day 13: Are you losing weight in a healthy or unhealthy way?
Healthy way all the way! Exercise everyday, small intake of greasy and fatty good and more intake of healthier food. Oh yeah. Tons of water and just the right amount of sleep as well. I have no idea why someone would lose weight any other way.
Day 12: What do you normally eat?
I normally eat whatever my mom makes for us! I obviously have no control over the groceries, and since our budget is really limited, I just try to eat whatever she makes with a small intake. :)

Afternoon: 30 Day Shred. (Level 2)
Night: Ripped in 30. (Level 1)
Day 9: Did people ever make comments about your weight in a negative way?
Not really. I was never obese or overweight, so people didn’t really ridicule me about my weight that much. They would point out if I did gain any weight which was just annoying. My dad ridiculed me about how I was such a fucking lazy ass though!
Day 10: What was the hardest thing you ever gave up during this weight loss?
French fries. Yummy, delicious, and greasy food.. HAHA. It was also hard to give up bumming around because I was the biggest bum EVER. It’s all for the good though!
Day 11: Your favorite thinspo blog and why!
Lol.. I don’t know why the word “thinspo” is up there. I’m not a fan of thinspo, I am a huge fan of fitspo though! I like everyone I’m following. :) They have all helped me in getting off my lazy ass and working out!!!! Yay.
Day 7: Do your parents know you’re trying to lose weight? Do they care?
Everyone in my family knows I’m trying to lose weight! My most supportive fans, obviously, are my dear parents! My parents have been buying my fruits and fruit juices just for me. :) I think my dad is the most supportive one of all. He used to always nag to me how I’m such a lazy fuck, not moving around and just bumming around on the internet the whole day, and would get so angry about it. So I think he’s more proud of me than I am of myself! Yay.
Also, quick note! I can’t believe I’ve been exercising for a week straight on my own! Holy shit. I never thought I could do this. Oh YEAAAAAAAAAAH. Calories AIN’T GOT NOTHING ON ME.
Day 6: Do you binge? If so, explain why think you do.
Nope, I do not binge. I think I did before. Especially when I was really bored. I’m glad I’m becoming more disciplined when it comes to eating! If I ever do become hungry in between meals, I grab that water bottle and fruits! Yay for self control and healthy living. :)
